What About Running A Car On Water\Hydrogen? Empty What About Running A Car On WaterHydrogen?

Post  Admin Wed Dec 28, 2011 1:30 am

What about running a car on water? Of course, you don't pour water into your gas tank. The Internet is selling "gadgets" to convert water to hydrogen (after all, water is H2O, which means 2 parts Hydrogen and 1 part Oxygen), taking out the hydrogen and letting the oxygen evaporate into air, then mixing the hydrogen with gasoline to give you "better gas mileage." In some instances, websites even claim that you can run your car ENTIRELY on hydrogen, and just wave when you go by a gas station! Sounds good, doesn't it? Does it sound too good to be true.

Other websites don't sell the "gadgets," but they do sell you an E-Book that supposedly contains instructions on how to build and install your own "gadget" to do the same thing! Again, does it sound too good to be true.

What is the true story? Is this technology already available? Have the fat-cat gasoline companies bought up the technology to keep us from using it, so we'll have to buy their high-priced gasoline? What about the environment? Of course, big companies have already proven that they are a LOT MORE CONCERNED about profits than they are about the environment, haven't they? But, is there some "gadget" that will actually allow us to get better gas mileage or actually drive our car on water? Or is this another BIG scam to get our hard-earned $$$???

Again, my friend Stanislaus has come to the rescue, and he has a lot of good information that he wants to post here. But what about your thoughts? Do you think that cars can be run on water? Do you think this is a scam? Let us hear from you.

Happy hunting!

Preston

CAN WATER POWER A CAR? RUN A CAR ON WATER FOR REAL OR A SCAM?

By Stanislaus

Run car on water discussion is getting hot again with the gas price tops over $4 per gallon. Can you really run a car on water? Is a water-powered car a miracle or a scam?

More and more smart motorists are buying smaller cars and using alternative energy and gas-saving technologies to save gas and increase gas mileage. Recently, there are some Do-It-Yourself (DIY) kits claimed to provide such a solution which allows your car to run on water. This report looks at the truth behind these claims. Some claims may be legitimate, some claims are hypes, scams, and misleading.

At the cost of filling up one gas tank, a working and proven system may be worth giving a try. But are they really worth the money and time to give it a try? This report evaluates various "run a car on water" kits and claims as you've seen on the Internet, it also explore the pros and cons of a water-gas conversion system.

Run Your Car on Water Is Possible, But Don't Add Water to Gas Tank, Here is Why:

A Review of Water-Gas Hybrid Kits - The Facts Behind Water-Gas Kits:

There are many ways to increase gas mileage, buying a hybrid electric car or an electric car like Nissan's LEAF, but purchasing such a car usually costs more and take years to get the money back. The most talked-about topic on the Internet, and of course, the most controversial gas-saving method is probably "running your car on water."

First, for those readers who believe you can run a car on water by adding water to your gas tank, you need to read this report from the beginning to the end. Adding water to the gas tank will cause serious damage to the car; everyone knows that water and gas cannot mix. It would cost you thousands of dollars to repairs and void your manufacturer’s warranty. This is one of those common misconceptions people have about "running your car on water."

RUNNING A CAR ON WATER is actually NOT adding water to the gas tank as you might have thought. You've got to think out of the box and out of the gas tank.

The secret of adding water to a car is to use some pre-made "kit" or a self-made "system" to convert water to HHO or Brown's Gas with the help of baking soda, Potassium Hydroxide (KOH), Sodium Hydroxide. The classical way is to use the electric source in your car's regular battery to generate the HHO, and the new way is to use the electric source from a rechargeable solar battery powered by a thin aerodynamic solar panel attached to the car's roof.

The Brown's Gas acts as a stimulus to the gasoline. Brown's Gas and gasoline mix together from two separate paths. HHO acts as an oxidant through the air inflow to make the gasoline burn more efficiently. HHO boosts octane and horse power. HHO is implosive and not explosive.

This process is similar to Hydrogen Fuel Enhancement to ICE, where hundreds of Hydrogen Fuel Injection Devices were discussed. It is well-known that adding hydrogen to gas extends the lean limit of combustion and reduces emissions - even zero emission vehicle (EZEV) requirements can be reached. Recent academic research and actual implementations and others have supported the evidence that hydrogen injection to ICE effectively increased auto efficiency and reduced emissions; HHO injection to ICE is even more effective than hydrogen injection. The famous Bob Boyce's Electrolyzer reported 40-60% mpg increases.

You may ask, what is HHO? What is Brown's Gas? What are the differences between H2O and HHO?

H2O is the chemical formula for a water molecule, where a single oxygen atom is bonded with two hydrogen atoms. HHO is a popular way of writing OxyHydrogen - a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases, usually in a 2:1 ratio. Thus, HHO = Hydrogen-Hydrogen-Oxygen. Since the oxygen and hydrogen are in mixed gas mode and not bonded, it is not H2O (water). Bonding hydrogen and oxygen requires an ignition and chemical reaction. When the OxyHydrogen gas is lighted, oxygen and hydrogen atoms bond and release energy; the end result of the chemical reaction is water vapor.

HHO is also called Brown's Gas. It was named after a Dr. Brown, who discovered this HHO process in the 1960's; the process was then confirmed by chemists in the 1990's. It is believed Brown's Gas will replace petroleum as the fuel of the future. Hundreds of energy implementations have already used Brown’s Gas as a fuel source, HHO/Brown's gas is for real and it's more powerful than hydrogen (see Brownsgas.com for more information).

So how to run a car on water?

Here is the most recent news on a water-powered car: it's from Reuters. A Japanese company named Genepax has used the water technology to power a car. The company said it would sell the system for ¥2,000,000 (or about $18,700 -- not including the car).

You really don't need to wait and spend $18,700 on such a system; in fact, this kind of knowledge has been around for a quite while on the Internet. To obtain such information and do-it-yourself costs little, or it is even FREE.

Water conversion knowledge is scattered in online discussion forums, online ebooks, and various websites; it is hard to find what's real and what's a scam. The most comprehensive and useful manuals are not free, of course, they offer this or that kind of tricks not readily avaliable on the Internet. We'll look at various "systems" or "kits" sold on the Internet. We'll also discuss the pros and cons of water-gas technology in this report.

So which water-gas "conversion kit" is widely used and most popular? Does the "kit" really work? How many folks have used the "kit"? What's their feedback from the REAL users?

You might have already learned, there are a number of so-called water-gas "conversion kits" floating around. First, you have to realize, the "kits" or "systems" are mostly online guides and manuals (there are a few local installers who do sell self-made kits locally). If you expect to receive a package of a "kit" filled with parts with your $50-$100 online order, your expectation is way too high or your understanding is mis-guided. Some guides sound too good to be true and there is no public feedback; some manuals are extremely difficult to understand, and offer little detailed information. If you have ever decided to buy such a guide/manual, you should choose the right one, otherwise, you might need to buy others when you find the information is inadequate.

Another important factor to consider is cost. Water-gas online guides costs vary from $50 to $400, depending on which one you follow; the necessary materials to build the kit cost varies from $50 to $500 by doing it yourself.

Can Cars Increase Fuel Efficiency with HHO?

By design, gasoline and diesel are the fuels in modern automobiles. This type of engine runs most cars, and is called an internal combustion engine or ICE. Contrary to common myths about how many dollars the auto companies spent on auto technology, these companies are not gas-saving conscious - their pursuit is bigger, more powerful, and more expensive gas hogs. There is little fundamental auto technology progress in the past 10-20 years. The current auto design and engine is not efficient nor perfect at all.

The shocking truth is, these gasoline or diesel-fueled internal combustion engines (ICE’s), even aided with turbochargers, have a mechanical efficiency of about 20%.

In other words, if you spend $50 to fill a gas tank, only $15 of the gas is efficiently used or being productive, $35 of the gasoline in your tank is wasted and becomes a major pollutant. That's why a catalytic converter is needed to control the emissions and deal with the wasted gas.

All internal combustion engines (ICE’s) depend on a chemical process of combustion: the reaction of FUEL with the oxygen (O) from the AIR; other oxidizers such as nitrous oxide (NO) and hydrogen (H) may be employed to increase efficiency. Can you see the room for improvements on ICE? Reducing gasoline waste from 80% to 60% in your car would double your car's mileage.

The naysayers on water-fuel technology or status quo are mostly from these individuals or "experts" who have never tried or experimented with this type of system on their cars, or in labs. Naysayers are thinking within a box - a closed physical system with no chemical reactions. They have the belief that fuel has been 100% efficiently burned in the engine, and that there is no room left to increase fuel efficiency; a common argument is "you cannot use the battery to generate more energy than it was charged with." In their opinions, there is nothing that can be done in the car to increase fuel efficiency under their assumptions.

The naysayers' argument is easily put to a rest. If they think using the car's alternator to generate 3 AMPs of battery costs too much, or violates the law of thermodynamics, the same amount of electricity can be easily produced with an external energy source - for example, with a rechargeable solar charger. These rechargeable solar chargers for cars are not expensive, a 12V 5-30 AMPs solar battery charger costs around $30-$90. The fact is, from the experience of all HHO implementers, the HHO electrolysis use of the battery is negligible for a 3 AMPs cell.

The naysayers believed a "run car on water" system is to mix water and gas together in the gas tank.

Bumblebees cannot fly according to the Laws of Aerodynamics.

Lord William Thomson Kelvin, a brilliant scientist 100 years ago, for whom the Kelvin temperature scale is named, stated in 1895, "Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible." Of course, regretfully, 100 years later, even a three year old kid laughs at his statement.

Nobody knows what's going to run our cars 100 years from today - it could be hydrogen, or salt water, or even solar energy; it is doubtful gasoline will remain the main fuel of transportation at a future time.

The main support for a Water-Gas system seems to be from some academic research, and mostly from thousands of auto practitioners and experiments.

The academic paper (PDF) titled "Investigation of the Effects of Hydrogen Addition on Performance and Exhaust Emissions of Diesel Engine" was published at the FISITA World Automotive Congress in Barcelona. According to the paper, experiments were carried out to evaluate the addition of an HHO mixture obtained through electrochemically decomposed water to the air inlet of a single cylinder direct injection fuel engine.

Their conclusion was that "when a small amount of hydrogen is added to the intake air, the combustion process of the internal combustion engines could be considerably enhanced. It was found out that the addition of hydrogen has a good influence on the combustion."

Hydrogen or HHO injection to ICE is a very effective way to increase fuel efficiency and reduce emissions; it has been proven both in scientific research and in practical implementation by thousands of auto practitioners.

What about media coverage on this technology? The news media has done several stories on HHO fuel recently. The water fuel technology has been featured on CNN, FOX News, ABC, and NBC. Fox News has full coverage on Water4gas.

This popular blog detailed how one fellow converted his Saturn to run on HHO with the help of Water4Gas. The most recent video was posted on the performance of his Saturn. Pay close attention to the comments from others.

ABC News released a video interview titled “Run Cars on Water.”

This is one of the most recent news stories - “Man Converts Vehicle to Run Partly on Water.”

Another news report - “A simple way to save gas: Add water,” detailed two brothers who built water-gas kits and sold them locally; none of their buying customers have complained.

According to the media reports, the HHO technology is being demonstrated to members of Congress, local government officials, and even NASA. An exhibit demonstrating the technology was displayed at The Governor's Conference on the Environment in Kentucky. According to the press released by the Governor's Conference on the Environment in Kentucky, Hydrogen Technology Applications Inc. has donated several HHO gas generators to Kentucky universities and technical training centers during its introduction program; this technology is for real.

Denny Klein said "this technology is going to end up being in the mainstream eventually;" he further predicted, "and then the critics are going to look absolutely foolish."

Browns Gas someday will replace petroleum fuel as a free clean energy source. A discovery that is considered to be a future replacement for petroleum fuels, that can also be used to weld anything to anything and transmute nuclear waste into becoming non-nuclear. -WillPWilson, “The Discovery of Atomic Chemistry,” based on findingS verified by more the forty University Physics Departments.

Does Running A Car on Water Really Work?

The auto companies are far away from producing the kind of cars customers want. It is no surprise when Ford Motor Co. sales tumbled nearly 34 percent in June and GM laid off thousands in July because they are going in the wrong direction; they're way out of touch with the market - drivers like you and me.

The water-gas hybrid system will be a home-made DYI system built by you or a mechanic, but based on the experience of many others. The system uses about 3 AMPs electricity per cell to separate water (H2O) into a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen to a gasseous state. A cell is one bottle. Some put 6 cells in their car. When hydrogen is mixed with Oxygen (HHO), it is also known as Brown's Gas as mentioned above. Brown's Gas is more powerful than Hydrogen alone as the fuel; with 4 ounces of HHO combined with gasoline, it can power the car for about 120 miles.

HHO burns three times more efficiently than gasoline. Brown's Gas dramatic increaseS BTUs upon combustion. Because its burn is highly efficient, what would have come out of the tailpipe as an emission ends up getting burned up; therefore, it also gives an equally dramatic decrease in emission pollution.

When Brown's Gas bonds with the gasoline and starts the firing process, that's when you get the chemical reaction; it gives your car higher gas mileage and cleaner emissions. More explanation of the technology is provided by Denny Klein, president of Hydrogen Technologies Applications and one of the original inventors of the technology; he owns several patents on HHO - "Aqagen."

A successful water-gas conversion system safely converts H2O to HHO at low voltage with 3 AMPs of battery consumption. This is where you need a good guide from experienced experts to learn the materials, techniques, and lessons, without spending hours going through trials and errors by yourself.

The good part of this technology is, you don't need to change your engine or on-board computer system (of course, if you could trick it with some device, you can increase the mileage even more). A quart-size (950 cc) container is placed somewhere under the hood. You fill the bottle with water, adding some baking soda and other electrolyte to atomize water and break it into smaller particles more easily.

The problem and technical challenge has always been on how to separate water economically. The traditional methods of separating the bond of the water molecule to HHO have resulted in dismay. Nanoparticle-coated steel electrodes can increase the surface area of conventional electrodes by more than 1,000 times. GE's new electrolyzer uses High-tech plastic parts in place of metal parts to lower the cost of producing high performance electrodes.

By design, water4Gas type systems draw about 3 AMPs electricity per cell (bottle); it consumes about the same amount of electricity as a car CD player. That's nothing compared with the headlights, which draw 12-25 AMPs.

For many years, Stanley Meyer researched this problem and found a way around it. Stanley has several patents in this area. Many believed Stanley Myer was poisoned to death by the oil companies.

If it's true that a car can run on water with special kits and technologies, why has the automobile industry have not commercialized it or advocated it?

If you could improve your gas mileage by 30%+ for less than $200, why wouldn't every car manufacturer in the world use this technology as standard equipment?

What a shame! Why would the car companies want to sell a $100 conversion kit to save 20-50% of your gas, instead of selling a $30,000 - $40,000 hybrid cars? What are the profits they can make from a $100 device? Can a simple conversion kit pay $300 million salaries for the CEOs, millions of workers and dealers working in the car industry? Would the gasoline companies be happy with a simple gas-saving technology? It costs me $60 to fill my gas tank; would the gas companies want me to pay them $100 or $30 to fill the gas tank?

Some may say the gas and auto companies have billions of dollars and thousands of engineers, so why they won't sell such a device. You're right, the big auto and oil companies have tons of money to burn, their engineers are smart and sophisticated enough to make huge cars like the Hummer, but their goal is profit-making, not trying to save gas and making cheaper cars - they're heading in the wrong direction.

Automakers and gas companies do not have the best interest of the public in saving gas. In fact, why would they want to stop making expensive cars and leave cars with high profit margins on the table? It does make business sense for auto companies and gas companies to advocate EXPENSIVE gas consuming cars, trucks, SUVs, and outrageous high price-tag hybrid cars. The automakers are just too out of touch with the general public’s needs, so we can expect to see big layoffs and more plants close soon.

If you've read the documentary “Who Killed the Electric Car,” you might realize that a run-car-on-water could be another type of technology the car manufacturers simple don't want you to know about, or try. Due to the simplicity and economic factor of the technology, the information is easily accessible by the general public - they cannot block the Freedom of Internet information sharing.

If you cannot afford to buy Water4Gas or other commercial-grade manuals, there is a copy of one of the original "run water on car" manuals, and it is free to download. The file offers some instructions, but no pictures or detailed materials, nor assembling lessons. If you're an auto mechanic, take a look at this manual first, and you will see that this technology is there, and that it is not a scam. "Running a car on water" is practical and can be done.

What are the Pros and Cons of a Water-Gas Hybrid or a Run Car on Water System?

Pros and Cons of Water-Gas Hybrid System and "Running a Car on Water:"

The benefits of running a car on water are obvious:

(1) you can save gas immediately. Water4Gas users have reported mileage improvement from 20% to 65% on average, after converting their cars to run on water.

(2) 100% safe and legal.

(3) Conversions do not void manufactures warrant.

(4) The cost is deductible on IRS’ IRS has up to $2,000 cash rebate for hybrid vehicle.

(5) Reduce emissions and CO2, better environment, save the Earth.

Cons:

(1) Even though all guides mention that the technology works with 99.9% of the motor vehicles - old or new, few have tried it on new cars or hybrid electric cars. Many motor hobbyists have converted their diesel trucks and older cars to HHO with great success. If you really want to put a system on a new car, to fully enjoy the benefits of the HHO generator, the fuel-to-air ratio needs to be optimized. It can be done either through a MAF (or MAP) sensor, a modified O2 sensor, or an Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer (EFIE).

(2) Have basic mechanic tools and know how a car works. In other words, you're a handy-man, an auto hobbyist, an auto mechanic, or an auto practitioner - you know what you're doing.

(3) Though many put up the system in a weekend, it takes only a couple hours for a mechanic, but for someone who knows little about cars, it can take more hours to have the system working perfectly.

(4) Many parts listed in Water4Gas are sold in NAPA Auto Parts Stores or other auto chains; make sure you can get most parts locally.

If you bought Water4Gas guide, you can call or email the company for technical support. Other guides don't offer such supports.

HYDROGEN WILL REPLACE OIL AS THE MAIN ENERGY

Some readers may ask, why use HHO or hydrogen? Hydrogen is a clean renewable energy. The sun is basically a giant ball of hydrogen and helium gases. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe; it has the highest energy content per unit of weight of any known fuel.

Hydrogen rarely occurs by itself in nature; it is mostly found combined with other elements such as oxygen (for water) and carbon (for fossil fuels) from which it must be harvested. The good news is that once separated, hydrogen is the ultimate clean and highly-compacted energy carrier.

Some foreign automaker is jumping into hydrogen powered cars. BMW Hydrogen 7 is running on Hydrogen only. Honda Technology is in the process of developing this technology in their own cars and expects to see it on the market within four years. Honda's revolutionary hydrogen-fuel cars roll off the production line in Japan.

Running a car on water could be the future; one day these oil companies will be the history of the past - we'll say farewell to gasoline. For these smart motor hobbyists, they can say hello to water now!

Cars run on water: Miracle or scam?

Upon combustion, you get a dramatic increase in energy BTUs, and you get an equally dramatic decrease in emission pollution, because the burn is so highly efficient; what would have come out of the tailpipe as an emission ends up getting burned up and used.

The gas then bonds with the gasoline in the gas tank, and then upon combustion, that's when you get the reaction, giving you higher gas mileage and cleaner emissions.

The best way to improve your fuel efficiency is to change your driving habits.

Water Powered Cars

Water Powered Cars or Hydrogen/Oxygen Powered Cars, using 100% water as fuel is real. By splitting water by electrolysis and creating hydrogen/oxygen gas, you can replace gasoline. We have been taught this is impossible! Engineers, scientists and professors may in fact tell tell you you're crazy to believe such nonsense.

So, is this a scam? I ran a search on Clickbank and here is my message sent to Clickbank on 12-23-11:

“I am interested in being an Affiliate for a Company\Product that says it is Clickbank-related on the Internet, but I have run a product search for it under quite a few different terms\names and each time your search form says that it found nothing! I'm wondering if it is a scam and they are using the Clickbank name without your authorization. They show people how to make a hoplink in their Affiliate Page, too. The Company is hydrogenwaterpower.com, also known as waterhybridman.com, Transitional Technologies, Bob Volk, hybridman, selling an E-Book (I think) on How to Run Your Car on Water. I searched for all of these, also HHO Kit, Convert Car to run on Water, Hybrid Water Power, Hydrogen Power for Car, and such, all to no avail. Please let me know if these folks are really affiliated with Clickbank, or if they are running a GOOD SCAM! If they are affiliated, please tell me how to find them in your database, so I can use an ENCRYPTED HOPLINK, instead of the one they show on their Affiliate Page. If they are not affiliated, then they are using the Clickbank name without authorization. I would also like to know this, as I write about scams in my blog and will be more than happy to list them. I originally got their name & info from a Google search, and, as you know, Google would list THE DEVIL HIMSELF if they thought they could make some $$$ off him!”

If and when I get a reply from Clickbank, I will post it here.
